Power Automate Flow :

    1. Skills is new a core part of the Bot Framework SDK version 4.7
    2. Every new Bot Framework bot is also a skill and can be registered with Power Virtual Agents.
    3. Existing Bots and Skills can be converted to a skill and registered with Power Virtual Agents.
