About me
I bring over 17 years of experience in the IT industry, with 11 years dedicated to implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform. My expertise spans multiple domains, including banking, logistics, insurance, retail, and more.
I began my career as a developer and have since evolved into various roles such as Technical SME for Dynamics CRM and Power Platform implementations. In recent years, I have taken on responsibilities as a Manager and Technical Architect, gaining extensive experience in global delivery models. I am a firm believer in strong team dynamics and the importance of continuous learning to stay engaged and effective in today’s fast-evolving technology landscape.
Academically, I hold an MCA and an MBA in Customer Relationship Management. I am also a certified PMP, PMI-ACP, and Microsoft Certified Solution Architect — credentials that reflect my commitment to professional excellence.
Before joining Accenture, I worked with reputed organizations such as HCLTech, Zones, Infogain, and Icreon.
Outside of work, I am happily married and enjoy spending quality time with my family, reading, traveling, and exploring new technologies.
