AI Builder is a Power Platform capability that helps you improve your business performance by automating processes and predicting outcomes. By using AI Builder, you can quickly bring AI to your apps and flows that connect to your business data that is stored in the underlying data platform (Microsoft Dataverse) or in various cloud data sources, such as SharePoint, OneDrive, or Azure.

AI capabilities are brought to your apps and flows by models. A model can be built and customized by you, or it can be a prebuilt model that is ready to be used right away.

Microsoft provides several pre-built models for business uses:

 Form Processing :

  • Form Processing lets you read and save information from standard documents such as Invoices or tax documents.
  • It can use in Power Apps and Power Automates.
  • A Form Processing model will learn from documents so that it can best detect and extract the form fields that you want to save whether the form is made up of Printed Text or handwriting.

AI Builder Sentiment Analysis:

  •  AI Builder Sentiment Analysis is a pre built AI Model that identifies that the sentiment of the extract text is positive, negative or neutral.
  •  AI Builder sentiment analysis identifies the sentiment of the text by using Azure Cognitive Service Text analytics technology.
  • we can use in both Power Apps as well as Power Automate and Automate Business Process.

AI Builder Text Recognition :

  • AI Builder Text Recognition is a prebuilt AI model that extracts lines of text from documents and images.
  • AI Builder Text Recognition will try to identify printed or handwritten text in images or documents.
  • With help from Azure Compute Vision OCR Service Technology.
  • Only English texts are supported
  • Text is extracted from JPG, PNG, BMP,TIFF images and PDF.

AI Builder Business Card Reader:

  • The prebuilt Business Card AI Model allows you to extract information from Business Card Images.
  • Only English language supported
  • Only JPG, PNG, BMP and TIFF files are supported.
  • Business Cards supports Model Driven Card, Canvas App and Power Automate Flow.
  • This can associate with Quick Create : Contact and Quick Create :Lead

AI Builder Object Detection :

  • AI Builder Object Detection is an AI Model that you can train to detect object in Pictures.
  • AI Builder Object Detection  will recognize the objects that you submitted during the existing phase with help from Azure Custom Vision Object Detection Technology.
  • Object Detection can detect up to 500 different objects in a single model.
  • Support JPG, PNG, BMG image format or photo through Power Apps Control.
  • Business Usage : 1. Object Counting 2. Brand Logo recognition.
  • Three Domains are available.
